To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

At Zyenika, we use trusted courier partners to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Tracking Number (AWB) to follow your shipment in real time.


🔎 1. Through “My Account”

  1. Login to your account on zyenika.com
  2. Go to My Account → Orders
  3. Find the order you want to track
  4. In the same row, click the “Track” button
  5. Your current delivery status will appear

📧 2. Through Email Notification

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number to your registered email
  • Please check your Inbox (and Spam/Junk folder, if not visible)

🚚 3. Through Courier Partner’s Website

  1. Copy your Tracking Number (AWB) from your email or My Account page
  2. Visit the courier partner’s tracking page (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
  3. Enter the AWB number to see the latest status of your shipment

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing: Orders usually dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Delivery: 3–9 working days depending on your location
    • Metro Cities → faster delivery
    • Remote Areas → slightly longer timelines
