At Zyenika, we use trusted courier partners to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Tracking Number (AWB) to follow your shipment in real time.
🔎 1. Through “My Account”
- Login to your account on zyenika.com
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Find the order you want to track
- In the same row, click the “Track” button
- Your current delivery status will appear
📧 2. Through Email Notification
- As soon as your order is dispatched, we send the tracking number to your registered email
- Please check your Inbox (and Spam/Junk folder, if not visible)
🚚 3. Through Courier Partner’s Website
- Copy your Tracking Number (AWB) from your email or My Account page
- Visit the courier partner’s tracking page (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.)
- Enter the AWB number to see the latest status of your shipment
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
- Processing: Orders usually dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery: 3–9 working days depending on your location
- Metro Cities → faster delivery
- Remote Areas → slightly longer timelines
