2. Products & Services

  • Zyenika offers adaptive and inclusive clothing designed for seniors, people with chronic illnesses, those recovering post-hospitalisation, and caregivers.
  • Product descriptions, features, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or fit may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed on Zyenika.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We accept online payments via Razorpay and PhonePe.
  • Prices displayed are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST (5% / 12% depending on category).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for all pin codes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We work with trusted courier partners and Shiprocket to deliver pan-India.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary from 5–9 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
  • You will receive a tracking number (AWB) via email once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the adaptive nature of our clothing, hygiene and usage concerns, returns/exchanges are accepted only if:
    • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • Tags and packaging are intact
    • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method (PhonePe/Razorpay) within 7–10 working days after inspection.
  • Some items (like intimate wear) may not be eligible for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product designs — is the intellectual property of Zyenika and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Zyenika will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
  • While we strive to ensure seamless service, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.

8. Privacy & Security

  • Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Payments made via Razorpay and PhonePe are encrypted and secure.

  • Zyenika reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with the revised date.
