  • You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking details (AWB number) when the product ships.
  • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship through trusted courier partners and Shiprocket to ensure pan-India serviceability.
  • Standard shipping is available to most pin codes in India.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Urban Areas: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Locations: 7–10 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹X,XXX (set your threshold, e.g., ₹2000).
  • For orders below the threshold, nominal shipping charges may apply (visible at checkout).
  • Any additional COD (Cash on Delivery) charges will be displayed during checkout (if COD option is enabled).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via email.
  • You can track your shipment:
    • Through My Account → Orders section on zyenika.com
    • Via the courier partner’s tracking page by entering the AWB number
    • Through the order tracking email notification we send

6. Delays

  • While we partner with reliable courier services, delays can sometimes happen due to external factors (weather, strikes, operational backlogs).
  • Zyenika will not be liable for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier partner.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only.
  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.
