At Zyenika Adaptive Clothing, every garment is designed with love, care, and dignity. Because of the adaptive and intimate nature of our products, we follow a careful Refund & Return policy to ensure hygiene, fairness, and trust.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as adaptive underwear or intimate wear are not eligible for return/exchange.


2. How to Raise a Return/Exchange Request

  1. Log in to your account on zyenika.com
  2. Go to My Account → Orders and select the order
  3. Click on Request Return/Exchange
  4. Provide the reason and upload supporting photos (if applicable)
  5. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PhonePe / Razorpay) within 7–10 working days.
  • For orders paid via COD (if applicable), refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account after confirmation.

4. Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange a product (e.g., size, style), we will dispatch the replacement once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size/style is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

5. Shipping of Returns

  • Customers may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address (details will be shared during the return process) OR we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners / Shiprocket (based on your pin code).
  • In case of defective/damaged products, return shipping charges will be borne by Zyenika. Otherwise, minimal return shipping fees may apply.

6. Important Notes

  • Products purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
  • Please do not send any product back without raising a request and getting confirmation from our team.
