At Zyenika Adaptive Clothing, we’ve kept our ordering process simple and caregiver-friendly. Follow these easy steps to bring home clothing that is comfortable, dignified, and joyful.


1. Browse the Collection

  • Visit our Shop section on Zyenika.com
  • Explore by Collection (Elder Care, Post-Surgery, Maternity, Everyday Wear)
  • Or filter by Function (No Bend Wear, Easy Toilet Access, Magnetic Closures, Nursing Friendly, etc.)

2. Select Your Product

  • Click on the product you love to see details, features, and size options
  • Review product images, adaptive features, and care instructions
  • Choose your size, color, or variant (if applicable)

3. Add to Cart

  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • You can continue shopping or go to View Cart to review your selection
  • Ensure product quantity, size, and style are correct

4. Checkout

  • Click on Checkout
  • Fill in your shipping details (Name, Address, Contact Number)
  • Choose your payment method:
    • 💳 Online Payment (PhonePe, Razorpay – secure & instant)
    • 💵 Cash on Delivery (available in selected pin codes)

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is done, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order ID
  • When your order is dispatched, you’ll also get a tracking number (AWB) to follow your shipment in real time

6. Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Delivery takes 3–9 working days depending on your location
  • You can always track your order under My Account → Orders or via the courier partner’s site
